Social Media Mentoring
A customised engagement where Michael Specht works with your organisation over a period of time in a mentoring role as you develop your social media strategy. The engagement will usually begin with a half day assessment, followed by a workshop to ensure your whole team has a common understanding of social media and the impact on HR and recruitment. Next steps are the development of a strategy and then implementation. During implementation Michael is available for a half day per week to assist as part of your implementation in either a doing or advisory role.
