Research has shown that projects which include effective change management, are up to four times more likely to succeed than ones that do not. So why then is change management so often overlooked?

This one day, hands-on workshop involves key participants from the change team and is designed to move you through the planning phase of your change management project. At the end of the day you will have a completed change management plan covering the key deliverables and timelines, or a comprehensive foundation with a list of outstanding actions for further follow-up. You will be provided with a series of templates that can be then used throughout your project to manage the change implementation.

It is not a training course, more a hands-on workshop, planning the change for one of your specific projects. The workshop only looks at the management of the change; for best results it should be combined with our one day Project Establishment Workshop.
