Fixed Packages:

  • Change Management - hands-on workshop involves key participants from the change team and is designed to move you through the planning phase of your change management project.
  • Risk Management - educates participants on the fundamentals of risk management, followed by the development a risk management plan for your specific project.
  • Project Health Checks - designed to provide an independent review in flight projects to identify areas of risk or concern.

We not aligned with a single vendor or technology platform, instead we work to help you gain the greatest return on your technology investments through effective project implementation.
